Registry Office Weddings can be officiated in your home, on a beach, a park, restaurant, or that special location you have been dreaming of!
If your plans have been disrupted by COVID-19, a registry wedding allows you to proceed with your wedding ceremony (and start your life as a legally married couple) now, and hold the public celebration at a renewal ceremony in the future. If you had planned to travel for your wedding and waiting for interstate and overseas travel, and wish to marry in Australia, a simple Registry Style Ceremony is perfect for you.

Registry Weddings include:
- Lodging of Notice of Intended Marriage
- All legal preparation,
- Simple, legal ceremony
- Preparation and lodgement of registration documents and registration of the marriage.
Things to note about Registry Weddings.
Two witnesses (over the age of 18) are required by law at your ceremony. If you are looking for a simple wedding or elopement, a minimum of one month and one day notice must be given, from the date of lodging the Notice. All arrangements for your wedding can be made in one simple meeting, or by phone and email if preferred, or you are interstate or overseas.
Notice of Intended Marriage
A Notice of Intended Marriage is required for all legal wedding ceremonies, download the notice here.
Arrange an appointment to complete and lodge the Notice in Person, or complete (and have your signatures witnessed by an authorized witness) and email to me, or post to 148 Appel Street Graceville Brisbane Queensland 4075, for lodging. NB: Notice is valid from one month of lodgement, for 18 months.
