Two witnesses (over the age of 18) are required by law at your ceremony. If you are looking for a simple wedding or elopement, a minimum of one month and one day notice must be given, from the date of lodging the Notice. All arrangements for your wedding can be made in one simple meeting, or by phone and email if preferred, or you are interstate or overseas.
Notice of Intended Marriage
A Notice of Intended Marriage is required for all legal wedding ceremonies, download the notice here.
Arrange an appointment to complete and lodge the Notice in Person, or complete (and have your signatures witnessed by an authorized witness) and email to me, or post to 148 Appel Street Graceville Brisbane Queensland 4075, for lodging. NB: Notice is valid from one month of lodgement, for 18 months.
